Slow down and rediscover your creativity

  I recently did a ceramics workshop with Danielle. She was so warm and welcoming we instantly felt at home. Her workspace is bright and airy and full of creative inspiration! She even baked us homemade treats and made coffee for everyone on the break.

We had booked the workshop for my Mum, Auntie and sisters and it was such a lovely couple of hours. Danielle creates a laid back, relaxed atmosphere where I really enjoyed delving into my creative side. It felt like a morning of mindfulness with beautiful ceramics to take home too!

Danielle truly embodies her ethos of using her artistry and ceramics to bring people together.

She was very giving with her time and one-to-one attention for anyone stuck with their work and when the class time ran over slightly she graciously finished our pieces so we could collect them later.

I’d love to go back to Dama Terra Studio and highly recommend this experience to anyone.

Danielle was an absolute joy from the warm welcome at the gate to the patient, encouraging & kind way she guided us through the creation of our pieces it was truly amazing. 

The homemade Brazilian treats & coffees at the break were a delight that definitely added to the experience.

I’d highly recommend Danielle’s workshop to anyone looking to tap into their creativity. 

The pieces we all made are gorgeous & a real testament to her high standards & expertise in her craft.

Doing ceramics with Danielle is like stepping into a warm hug. You learn at your own pace and explore your own path to creating. At first, I thought I wanted to stick to conventional ceramics, but Danielle gently encouraged me to explore a more creative side and, thanks to that, I brought home some truly amazing pieces that I enjoy every day, feeling proud of what I made. The studio atmosphere is so welcoming and joyful, and the pão de queijo, homemade cakes, and tea make it even more special!

When I started doing ceramics I couldn’t imagine I was going to feel in love! Danielle’s studio is a place where you go and want to spend all day. Her attention to the details and her welcoming presence make the class very enjoyable! The experience I have there is always so positive and meaningful. I enjoy making pieces that bring love and colour to my home.
